Kingfisher Cottages

Situated a few meters from Long Beach at Agate Terrace along a 7Km gravel road you will find Kingfisher Cottages nestled in a lush garden. There are two fully self contained cottages.

First cottage has 2 bedrooms both with a double bed and bunk beds. A sleeper couch and a single bed in the lounge can sleep three more people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, a box freezer. It has a gas stove and a microwave. One bathroom has a bath and the second bathroom has a shower. A Sliding door from the lounge opens onto the deck overlooking the beautiful garden and the sea. Enjoy sitting out here on a summer evening gazing at the stars or relax having a sun downer.

The second cottage has an open plan kitchen lounge area with a sleeper couch that can separate into two single beds. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second room has two single beds. There is a single bathroom with a shower in this cottage. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, box freezer, microwave and a gas stove. The lounge sliding door opens onto a patio and a deck also overlooking the garden and sea.

Both cottages have a television set with a DSTV dish, please bring your own decoder Portable braai’s are supplied.
Guests, to please supply their own bath and beach towels.

There is good fishing to be done in Port St Johns, at Poenskop, First beach and Second beach, or in the Umzimvubu River or you can challenge the quant 9 hole golf course in town. There are numerous establishments to enjoy a hearty meal. Visit Silaka nature reserve and see zebra, wildebeest and monkeys up close and fish
there as well
