St Francis Chronicle is a free, independent, monthly publication for St francis Bay, Cape St francis, Humansdorp, Jeffreys Bay and parts of Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Its readers range from wealthy landowners, owners of luxury holiday homes, to labourers, to successful business people, to subscribers countrywide and online readers in South Africa, Germany, the UK, US and Europe.
St Francis Chronicle aims to be 'a chronicle of events of daily life' as it occurs around us in this area, bringing to the fore, hard and controversial news, environmental news, sport, a bit of travel, and social and fun news.
The newspaper, which started in February 2003, is distributed in idyllic St Francis Bay, Cape St Francis, Jeffreys Bay, Oyster Bay, Humansdorp and parts of Port Elizabeth, including Newton Park, Greenacres, Walmer, Charno, Kragga Kamma and Summerstrand. It is also posted on subscription to an increasing subscriber base of holiday home owners countrywide in Southern Africa.
