This fully equipped comfortable one bedroom self catering and self service apartment can sleep up to a maximum of four (4) persons and is situated within walking distance from 24/7 KwikSpar, Medical facilities, museums, sports grounds, public swimming pool, parks, cinemas, coffee shops, internet café, laundromat, post office and financial institutions. The apartment is also situated within 5 minutes drive from beaches, shopping centres, Boardwalk casino complex, restaurants and family entertainment

The apartment is situated on the 5th floor in a secure apartment complex and is equipped with the following - Private entrance, Ceiling fan in lounge / dining room and main bedroom, Remote controlled television in main bedroom and lounge, DStv with selected channels, Main bedroom with double bed, Enclosed balcony with double bed, Lounge / Dining room, Kitchen with stove & oven, Microwave, Iron & Ironing Board, Hairdryer, Bathroom with shower over bath, Secure entrance to complex and Remote controlled access to on-site under cover parking bay
Please note – Only persons quoted for are allowed to share the accommodation apartment. Should the booking be for one (1) or two (2) persons only the 2nd balcony bedroom will be locked. Prior arrangement needs to be made by the guest prior to the day of arrival for both bedrooms to be made available in case the booking is for two (2) persons only that will not be sharing the same room. If only two (2) persons are sharing the apartment and each guest is staying in their own room then a surcharge is payable for the accommodation booking made.
Self Catering = Guest provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries - We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival
Self Service = Guest do own cooking, wash dishes, cleaning of the apartment and make beds - We do not expect guest to make their beds on day of departure as we will be replacing the linen & towels with clean fresh linen & towels for the new guest arrival
Fully equipped and we also supply towels, linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the apartment
Minimum stay required = 2 consecutive nights
Minimum stay required from 8 December - 10 January = 5 consecutive nights
