Mbotyi River Lodge

The Lodge has beautiful sea and lagoon facing comfortable en suite rooms each with their own unique view and ambiance. Each room has a balcony or patio from which guests can listen to the rumble of the ocean or the cry of the Fish Eagles whilst admiring the view. We offer incredible guided walking and cycle tracks through the pristine, previously unexplored indigenous forests up through the 2nd biggest tea plantation in the world and then on to the grassland escarpment which has views over the sea. En route one encounters waterfalls, rock pools, birds, butterflies and maybe even a leopard. If you are not the energetic type you can just relax on the beach or at the pool. Children are catered for with beach cricket, soccer and volleyball.
